Invited technical alpha
Version 0.1.3 turns the World dashboard into a complete generated-map library. Terrain, geology, annual and seasonal climate, four seasonal wind maps, hydrology, biomes, civilization, every cartographic style, atlas plate, and rendered projection are now organized in one responsive browser. Every available view can be opened at full resolution or downloaded as a PNG; older worlds clearly mark layers that were not generated, while compatible rainfall and style views are rebuilt on demand.
This prerelease is limited to invited testers who received a unique CartoVox beta key. The key is entered once on first launch and is verified offline; no account or internet connection is required.
Full generation is intentionally heavy and may take longer than expected. On the current high-end test machines, a Full world with its atlas takes about 20–25 minutes on macOS and 50–55 minutes on Windows. Hardware, world settings, and atlas size can increase or reduce that time. Use Preview or Quick mode while exploring settings, and leave CartoVox open until the progress log reports completion.
